Work Christmas Tree

Here is a picture of our Christmas tree at work. I took the net off and then my friend just started wrapping stuff around it. We have been teased constantly about not shaking it out first. Oh well, we love it!

I am at my parents house this week. So glad I am blogging in pjs today and not at work staring at that Christmas tree.

Tomorrow my dad and I are driving up to the Hubby's parents' house for a night before the night before party. I don't know if I have mentioned it on here before, but we are so lucky our parents get along. Our families have gone on camping trips together for a few years now. My parents have gone to Thanksgiving dinners. My parents got to meet a lot of their friends at the rehearsal dinner. So my dad was excited to get an invite to the party. My poor mommy has to work Christmas Eve and Christmas.

I might get a post in tomorrow, but I'm sure Hubby will be hogging my time and the computer when I am at his parents house. So I will see ya when I see ya frogs! Merry Christmas!!!

  4. Fluffing trees is for wussies. But I'm glad you're not at work staring at it. You poor mother...what Scrooge would make someone work on Christmas Day?? Does she work for an airline? A gas station? CNN? I hope she gets double double overtime! And you're a lucky girl - my MIL is certifiably nuts. I would blog about her, but she reads it and the next thing I know she would be forking my yard...

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  5. Aw that's a cute tree! I know what you mean about the parents getting along. My parents married because my mom found herself *surprise* pregnant, and it could have easily been a sucky situation. But my grandparents became BEST friends, went on vacations together and my moms parents helped nurse my dads parents when they were dying. It makes all the difference. Have a fantastic holiday!
